Mr. James M. O'Hara currently serves as the Firm's Tax and Financial Consultant. The Firm tapped the technical expertise of Mr. O'Hara to effectively and fully assist the Firm's clients in navigating the country's tax and financial systems. For the Firm, Mr. O'Hara provides invaluable technical advice in the fields of Taxation, Investments and Finance (e.g., asset management, tax monitoring and compliance, local and foreign investment, and estate planning).

A practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. O'Hara also has extensive experience as an Accountant and Auditor for several reputable business establishments.

In addition to Mr. O'Hara's Degree in Accountancy (cum laude), he has a degree in Aerospace Engineering (Airlink) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Ateneo De Manila University).
